Opal is AWESOME. Great personality and loved the haircut. I tried several new hairstylists as my long-term person recently retired. I am done looking. Opal is my new go to for a great haircut.

I wish I could give them a zero star rating because it doesn't even deserve a one Star. Last Friday afternoon i came to get what i thought was a pretty simple haircut, ended up being the Worst haircut I have ever had! I told the lady what I wanted and she had no clue what to do, I even show her a picture and she was lost. She keep repeating i hope i can do this and keep asking me if she could see the picture again the whole time, It was just a Eurohawk. The sides fade up to the top and the back fades into a point, leaving everything on the top and middle of the back kinda long so it has that kinda Mohawk look. Definitely NOT what she did. Basically blended the back in with the sides with a janky not even point on the bottom. And didn't keep the back hair in the middle long to flow in with the top. The cut the top all at the same height, didn't even taper the top side . Basically I got a long hair flat top. Also at the beginning I told her I wanted to mvp haircut, whatever the biggest package they offer, and never got the hair washed, hot towel and whatever else goes with it. She only cut my hair and walked up to the front to have me pay, which I was pretty frustrated but didn't say anything but still charged for the biggest haircut thing they have. Now I have to let it grow back out to be able to get it fixed. I will not ever go back . It was the worst experience I have ever had at a place. I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel miserable with this haircut

I honestly have to say this was the best experience I’ve had in a long time Ryan is the stylist name she was sweet and very professional did exactly what I wanted I most definitely will be coming back thank you Ryan for hooking me up today
